Farewell, and New Beginnings

    100.

That is the number of posts on this website - be it analyses of historical conflicts, pointed criticism or (occasional) praise of the current administration, or posts advocating for certain strategies. It's been a fun ride - we've looked at conflicts from the Congo, new policies for Pakistan, initiatives with India, and discussed little-known wars like those of Lebanon or Sri Lanka. But, like all good things, this website must come to an end.

I've simply gotten bored with this site - the massive World War II posts were intended as a grand finale. At a certain point, one gets tired of reiterating the same points on realpolitik or the importance of power in politics. Not only that, but I'm not even sure if this site has legitimate traffic anymore - it seems like the vast majority of clicks are bots from scam websites. Overall, this site has seen better days. Which is why I am starting a new website.

The Technocratic Times is a new website, intended to serve as a new forum to discuss the Technocratic ideology. Overall, the message is simple - a government that is able to use technology in a competent fashion, coupled with a nation able to rapidly develop and improve technology will rapidly become an unstoppable force in the digital, global world. In the short term, governments must apply innovative and technologically sound solutions to problems such as climate change, wealth inequality, and bureaucracy. In the long term, the human race as a whole must expand its breadth past one mere planet, and expand throughout the cosmos.

This site will still be here - I just will no longer post on it. Some (TBD) content will be ported over to the new site. The Technocratic Times has a separate category for international relations - my hope is that this format will still allow me to discuss international relations, while still being able to focus on other manners.

For now, farewell. I hope I will see you all on the new site.
